On October 22, 2009 at approximately 0425 hrs, a\u00a0male adult was slashed across the face after a verbal altercation in front of the Ruth Apartments located at 813 E Sinto Ave.\u00a0 Witnesses state the suspect is possibly a male Hispanic unknown age or clothing.\u00a0 The suspect was seen getting into a newer dark green Jeep Wrangler with a tan top. The Wrangler was parked in front of the apartment complex on the north curb line facing westbound.\u00a0 The suspect got in the Wrangler, which then drove away at a high rate of speed out of sight.<\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The victim was treated by the Spokane Fire Department and was transported by AMR ambulance to a local area hospital.\u00a0 The victim was in stable condition.\u00a0 The victim was extremely intoxicated and unable to give a clear statement as to what occurred.\u00a0 Witnesses came outside after hearing 2 males arguing.<\/p>\n
