A subject in a wheelchair was subsequently arrested for discharging a firearm into the air. The weapon was seized. The subject was later cited and released. The subject is a transient, in his late 20&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>March 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A student reported the theft of a laptop and Ipod from his vehicle while it was parked overnight in the parking lot south of Kennedy Apartments.
