The resident activated his panic alarm and the subject, described as a white male with short blonde hair, green hoodie, and blue jeans, fled south. There was no sign of forced entry. Spokane Police recovered a backpack and pliers from the front seat of the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>October 9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Two visitors reported the theft of two suitcases from an unlocked\u00a0utility trailer parked on the street in the 800 block of East Boone. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>October 6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A student reported that her chrome &amp; blue Redline Cruiser was stolen from the Dooley bike rack.
