On September 2, at 1:12 am, three students reported while walking home in the area 1700 N. Cincinnati were physically assaulted.\u00a0 Two of the students reported while walking, several people approached them and asked them if they were coming from a party.\u00a0\u00a0 Both students reported being struck with closed fists to the face by two females from this group.\u00a0 A third student attempted to provide assistance However; he was pushed away by a male assumed to be with the group.\u00a0 The three students manage to flee the area and get to an apartment complex nearby and call GU Security and Spokane Police Department.\u00a0 Upon arrival of security and the police, they reviewed security video from the complex, which showed a group of at least fifteen to twenty were with the primary perpetrators.\u00a0 The police completed an initial investigation and informed the students the assault would be investigated further.\u00a0 The students did not request medical attention.<\/p>\n
