Happy Tuesday, Zags! We wanted to forward on the below message from Julius Chaidez from American Solidaria.

My name is Julius Chaidez  and I am part of the America Solidaria (americasolidaria.org) U.S.’s staff, based in Washington, DC. América Solidaria (AS) is an international network in the Americas. Founded in 2002 in Chile, we seek to promote effective volunteer engagement in the Americas.

We are excited to announce that applications for the Sept 2014-2015 volunteer class are now open. Currently we are looking for volunteers from the United States to work in different projects in Central America (Uspantan – Guatemala/Barahona – Dominican Rep./Port au Prince – Haiti/ Le Cayes – Haiti) and South America (Bogota – Colombia/ Tiraque – Bolivia/ Lima – Peru/ Santiago – Chile).

We would be very grateful if you could help us in reaching out this opportunity to your network of alumni’s or students who soon will be graduating (to become an America Solidaria fellow you need to have a bachelor degree or equivalent).

More information can be found here.

Sincerely,

Julius Chaidez
