Title: Marketing Intern

Compensation: $10/Hr

Hours: 10-15 per week


Company Background:  BIG Wings Media specializes in online video marketing.  We use a suite of state of the art drone and production technologies to create exceptional marketing materials for clients from across a wide range of industries.

The Job:

Are you fascinated by visual arts, and have a skill for thinking creatively about the world around you?

We are looking for a unique individual who can “run with the bulls” and work in a creative and autonomous way right off the bat.  Our small team is comprised of fast paced thinkers who are on the constant look out for new strategies, business avenues and ideas to help differentiate our business.  The marketing intern will be responsible for distributing our online content amongst a variety of platforms depending on the project.  The role also has an extensive research component to keep up to date on new online marketing techniques, new platforms, and understand what platforms perform the best for certain demographics.

Further, our marketing vision revolves around analytics, and understanding how well our marketing videos are engaging and performing with the specified target audience.  A candidate must be well versed in online analytics software, and be able to interpret data and create reports for clients who may not be as well versed in quantitative jargon.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in an environment that is evolving, and excited about contributing to this evolution.  Whether it is a new online strategy they have experience, or analytics software they have seen be valuable, we want you to speak up and let us know.  Idea sharing is encouraged.

Our intern will have exposure to high-level business strategy and be in contact with various directors and executives at the company.  We believe this level of exposure and experience is vital for today’s students, and we want to make sure that this is a valuable real world learning experience.


Knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Data Visualization, Social Media, Online Marketing, and a passion for innovative technology is a plus.  Previous marketing experience also desired.
