Our friends at the Financial Aid Office are sponsoring the following workshop….. highly beneficial for all GU students, but space is limited. RSVP today!!
Finances for the Real World Tuesday, April 28th, 5:30-7pm, Cataldo Globe Room
One day you will have to leave the idyllic sanctuary of college life… What then?! Join us for this session where you will learn all about what makes the credit system work – how to get your credit report, how to read your credit report, and what’s included in a credit score. Then, explore what it takes to make a big purchase (like a car or a house), and what it might cost you to do so. And, don’t forget about the insurance you’ll need…
Having to join the “real world” might not always be fun, but it doesn’t have to be a nightmare. Who knows, you might even teach your roommate something new.
