The Philip G. McCarthey Financial Services office is losing their long-time Office Manager! They are looking to give a recent Gonzaga grad an opportunity to get a foot in the door.
- Present a professional image (as this person will be the first contact for clients)
- Express their demonstrated ability to be organized, outgoing, and have solid communication and customer relations skills.
Responsibilities include: answering phones, scheduling calendars, running a small office, handling correspondence and occasionally dealing with clients on routine service matters.
The position is M-Th, 8:30-4:30.
