COLABORATORY is a rocket-fueled, experiential marketing internship where tomorrow’s adventurous and inspired creatives prove their stuff by setting egos aside and bringing talent to the table.

Colaboratory Interns will be paid Oregon minimum wage ($8.50) for a 37.5 hr workweek
Colaboratory is a unique creative industry experience sponsored by the Portland Advertising
Federation, setting a precedent as the first multi-agency/multi-disciplinary internship.

Interns are paired with 3 agencies based on their strengths and interests. They spend 2 intensely focused weeks at each agency learning from all disciplines. During the six
weeks working at agencies across Portland, interns will also form 2 competing teams to develop a campaign pitch for a popular Oregon brand. Colaboratory gives interns a broad view of how agencies work, and at the same time lets them learn how to work together.
