11 Gonzaga Journalism Students Write Graduation Features For Spokesman-Review

SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokesman-Review has released its annual insert profiling a selection of this year’s notable regional high-school graduates, and Gonzaga students contributed many pieces.

At the invitation of an editor at the Spokesman, faculty from Gonzaga’s Journalism Program selected 11 undergraduates for the project, many of whom are contributors to The Bulletin, Gonzaga’s student-run, weekly newspaper. Together the students wrote 20 of the features, which were released in print and online Wednesday, June 1, 2016.

The student writers are as follows: Kendra Andrews, Andy Buhler, Megan Carroll, Josh Horton, Matt Johnson, Nick Joyce, Libby Kamrowski, Eden Laase, Michael Liuzzi, Robert Perry, Kiara Serantes.
