LOVELAND, Colo. – Chief Randy Mirowski of Colorado’s Loveland Fire Rescue Authority was recently named the Career Chief of the Year for 2013 by Fire Chief magazine. Mirowski, who completed his master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University in 2011, began his career nearly 40 years ago and became Loveland’s chief in 2009.
