Gonzaga University Event Service Team (GUEST) will be the central resource for conferences, events and service management on campus (and at off-campus Gonzaga facilities such as Bozarth Mansion and Retreat Center), providing planning and logistical support to our students, faculty, staff, alumni and members of the larger community.

GUEST will ensure that your department, student group or organization plans successful events and programs that seek to educate, foster a sense of community, and build relationships. We will work with you to identify the appropriate venue and provide all the support services you need. GUEST will also provide support to approved external clients and organizations seeking to host events on the University campus. GUEST is committed to fostering a safe, welcoming, community-centric environment that supports Gonzaga University’s mission.

You can find GUEST Services in suite 215 in the John J. Hemmingson Center.
