If your student lives on campus, each semester they are able to login to Zagweb to change their meal plan. Freshmen and Sophomores living on campus are required to purchase a meal plan each semester. If your student would like to keep the same meal plan for Spring 2016 as they had for Fall 2015, no action is necessary—their Fall meal plan will automatically rollover. The deadline to select or change a meal plan is 5:00pm on Friday, January 15, 2016. The cost of the plan is included on the student account. If you are on a monthly payment plan, please contact the Student Accounts Office at (509) 313-6812 if you increase your meal plan, as there may be an additional cost added to your installment bill.

Over the holiday break is a good time to review meal plan options to determine which one is a good fit. Below are a few items to consider when making the decision.

  • Login to Zagweb to review the fall semester transaction history. This will provide a snapshot of how the fall meal plan and Dining Dollars were utilized.
  • Review the class schedule when considering which meal plan would be the best.
  • Dining Dollars will carry over from Fall to Spring semester for those students who purchase a meal plan for Spring semester.
  • REMINDER: Unused Dining Dollars are forfeited at the end of Spring semester. Unused Dining Dollars are forfeited at the end of Fall semester if you do not purchase a meal plan for Spring semester.
  • Bulldog Bucks can be added anytime and rollover from semester to semester and year to year. To add Bulldog Bucks visit www.gonzaga.edu/bulldogbucks.
