Negotiation in leadership requires a foundation of trust and an understanding of multiple perspectives to successfully navigate a variety of challenges. In this course, you will learn to build trust in preparation for negotiation, understand the dynamic nature of business relationships and approach each negotiation with a plan for maximizing the negotiation and long-term relationship.
