TCG Capital Markets (TCGCM) is the one year old affiliate of a market leading real estate services company, The Tax Credit Group of Marcus & Millichap (TCG). TCG is the pioneer and national market leader in providing real estate advisory and transaction brokerage services for properties financed using Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credits; TCG Capital Markets is the first and currently only dedicated capital intermediary serving the Affordable Multifamily Housing market. Together, TCG and TCGCM currently consist of 35 dynamic, entrepreneurial professionals focused on transforming an industry.
TCGCM is seeking a growth-oriented and motivated intern to assist with analytics and financial modeling. This position will gain exposure to many aspects of the business and industry, in addition to learning from TCG’s current team of Financial Analysts and Advisors in researching, underwriting, modeling and valuating multifamily investment properties. The ideal candidate has a passion for the real estate industry, and is a motivated high achiever who is client-focused, solution driven, and dedicated to deliver excellence. This position is located in downtown Seattle, Washington.

  • Provides support to the CEO/ President of TCGCM by analyzing property returns to identify business opportunities
  • Assist in analyzing financial statements, inputting financial models
  • Provide analysis to support business decision-making
  • Understanding, interpreting and identifying inconsistencies in the information received
  • Gathering available market research and other data for business intelligence and supporting analysis

  • Aptitude and skills for analyzing, modeling and reporting
  • Highly motivated, curious and willing to learn
  • Willing and able to take ownership of and accountability for effectively completing projects/tasks on timeframes committed


  • Must be a junior or senior in an accredited degree program in Economics, accounting or Finance. MBA is a plus, Real Estate background is a Plus
  •  Excellent Microsoft Excel skills; solid proficiency with other Office Suite programs
  • Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines by working independently and with a team
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently

$12/ hr. or DOE
