She loves solving puzzles of the consequences of mutations and genetic variation, curating and communicating the connections between genotype and phenotype, and integrating research experiences into undergraduate classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Renee is an alum of the <a href=\"https:\/\/depts.washington.edu\/dunhamlab\/\">Dunham Lab<\/a> (University of Washington), <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tokerlab.com\">Toker Lab<\/a> (Harvard \/ BIDMC), and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.georgefox.edu\/academics\/undergrad\/departments\/bio_chem\/faculty\/schmitt.html\">Schmitt Lab<\/a> (George Fox University).
