“I don’t think I’ve ever felt something so surreal in my life … to be out of the education system and in the real world is simply weird.”
Recent graduate Joe Gooding (’14) wrapped up his Gonzaga experience in a post on his Diamonds & Discoveries blog, sharing the events and feelings that many GU grads have gone through as they transition from student to alum.
Joe proclaims that he is a “Zag for life and this is just the beginning,” and he is exactly right. Gonzaga is proud of the entire class of 2014 and wants to welcome each and every one of them to Zag alumni life.
There are many ways to stay connected to Gonzaga after graduation:
- Join GU’s giving society, the Young Alumni President’s Council.
- Join your regional Alumni Association chapter.
- Find networking opportunities through the Gonzaga Alumni Mentoring Program.
- Participate with and find resources through the Career Center.
Are you a Zag for life? We would love to hear about your experience, too – leave a comment and tell us how life changed before and after graduation.
