GU Security and the Spokane Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at Spikes at the Cog and determined the fire alarm had been manually activated by a table falling against a pull station. No fire found.

GU Security and the Spokane Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at Burch Apartments and determined the fire alarm had been manually activated by a pull station. No fire found.
April 25
A GU Student reported that his bike was taken from Mulligan Field sometime between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM on March 25. It was not secured.

GU Security and the Spokane Fire Department responded to a medical incident at the Mall near Crosby Student Center and Desmet Hall.

A Spokane Police Department Extra-Duty Officer cited a GU Student for Minor in Possession and Obstructing an Officer when he ran from the officer who tried to make contact with him at the 300 block of East Sharp Avenue. The student discarded the beverage cup he had been carrying and ran to Dooley Hall where he attempted to conceal himself in a basement window well. The Spokane Fire Department was summoned to insure the student had not hurt himself jumping into the window well.

GU Security and the Spokane Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at a GU-owned residence in the 700 block of East Desmet. Inattentive cooking led to the activation of a smoke detector.

GU Security and the Spokane Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at a GU-owned residence in the 1000 block of East Boone. Inattentive cooking led to the activation of a smoke detector.

Housekeeping notified GU Security of a suspicious subject on the 3rd floor of Foley Library. The subject was contacted and trespassed.

GU Security and the Spokane Fire Department responded to a fire alarm at Marian Hall. Inattentive cooking led to the activation of a smoke detector.

GU Security was notified of a suspicious person (see the “Person of Interest” below) in the southeast elevator lobby at Kennedy Apartments. Security and the Kennedy Residence Director searched the building. A later review of video surveillance showed that the person had left the lobby not long after he was initially observed entering it via the west entry. A work order was place to check the west entry door return mechanism.

GU Security responded to a vehicle prowl report. A GU Student reported that he had parked his car the night of the 27th in the Burch Apartments parking lot, and that a GPS system and camera were taken from the vehicle after someone broke a window to gain access.

GU Security responded to a vehicle prowl report. A GU Student reported that while his car was parked between 11:00 PM on the 27th and 3:00 PM on the 28th in the 1100 block of North Pearl Street, someone broke his passenger side window and accessed his glove box. The student reported that he could find nothing missing from the vehicle.
