SPD News Release: Three on One Assault – More Information Needed
| On 04/03/10, Spokane Officers responded to a residence to investigate a possible gang related assault. The victim reported he was assaulted by three persons near the intersection of N. Cincinnati St. and E. Mission Ave. According to the victim, the suspects assaulted and possibly fired a gun at him during the incident. The incident occurred about 12:30 a.m. on 04/03/10.
The victim, an 18 year old male from Spokane, suffered head injuries as a result of the assault. The injuries were not life threatening. This incident is currently being investigated by the Spokane Violent Crime Gang Enforcement Team. More information regarding this incident is needed by Detectives.
