            On March 27^th, 2011, officers from the Spokane Police Department responded to a report of a Robbery in Progress at the Zip Trip store located at 2005 N. Hamilton.  The victim clerk advised that the suspect fled on foot.  Officers responded to the area and a K-9 track was attempted, but unsuccessful.

            The clerk stated that the suspect entered the store when no other customers were present. The suspect demanded money and displayed a firearm.  The clerk handed over the cash drawer and the suspect took the money that was inside.  The suspect then fled.

            The clerk described the suspect as a white male, skinny, wearing a green plaid hooded jacket.  Anyone who may have any possible information concerning this robbery should call Crime Check at 456-2233.
