Gonzaga Security received a report of a male subject digitally stimulating himself outside a non-campus residence in the 400 block of East Sinto at 12:15 AM on August 18. The subject was highlighting his activity with a flashlight. Security was unable to locate the subject. No further description was available. A report was made with Spokane Police.

Gonzaga Security received similar reports on March 29th & 31st of this year.
