Coughlin Hall Person of Interest
This person was observed entering Coughlin Hall and accessed the elevator lobby area when a courteous individual held the door for him. He then entered an elevator to upper floors and returned a few minutes later, now carrying a blue backpack. He exited south through the garage and then left campus toward Hamilton.
