Incidents of Interest to the GU Community

2:00 PM

GU Security responded to the computer lab in College Hall and escorted a non-student from the lab.

February 3rd

5:40 AM

GU Security responded to the Ministry Institute in reference to a vehicle prowl.  A Ministry Institute student said that between 020210 at 9:00 PM and 020310 at 5:40 AM, unknown person(s) entered her secured Toyota Corolla by unknown means.  The only thing that she could find missing was a key to a locked box off campus.

While taking that report, another student from the Ministry Institute approached the GU Security Officer and said that his vehicle had been broken into as well.  He said that his antenna to his Ford Focus  was on the ground next to a bunch of change that had been taken out of his car.  He said that the incident happened between 020210 at 8:00 PM and 020310 at 5:40 AM.

9:20 AM

A GU student reported that between 020210 at 9:00 PM and 020310 at 8:45 AM unknown person(s) took his bike from the Red Lion Inn bike Rack. His bike had been secured with a chain lock.

11:10 AM

A GU student reported to GU Security that between 020210 at 9:00 PM and 020310 at 10:50 AM, unknown person(s) broke the back window to her car that was parked in the 1700 block of Lidgerwood.  Papers were found all over the inside of her car but she could not tell if anything was missing.

2:55 PM

GU Security responded to College Hall in reference to an intoxicated non-student.  A student reported that he kept asking people if there was a church nearby because he needed to speak to a priest.  The non-student was provided help by the Spokane Police Department.
