Arrival in Istanbul. Students are met at the airport and are transfered to the university campus. Students already in Turkey will arrive at the campus by 4 pm. Welcome dinner in a local restaurant.
DAY 3 (Thurs., July 5): Istanbul
Classroom sessions in the morning and Istanbul Archaeological Museum in the afternoon.
DAY 4 (Fri., July 6): Istanbul
Classroom sessions in the morning. Visit Istanbul Archaeology Museum, Hippodrome and Underground Cistern in the afternoon.

Visit Myra, Andriake, and the Church of St. Nicholas. Free afternoon in Olympus Beach and hike to Olympos Natural Fire.

Morning hike in Love Valley and lunch prepared by villagers in Ayvali village. Visit Underground City and Sinassos and its valley in the afternoon. Turkish Folk Dance Show in the evening.

DAY 29 (Tues., July 31): Istanbul
Private Bosporus Cruise for two hours in the morning and enjoy the free time for the rest of the day. Farewell dinner in a local restaurant.
DAY 30 (Weds., Aug. 1): Departure
End of summer program. For those students returning to the US, transfer to the airport.
