Need to know how to Upload a ZAGCARD Photo ?
The ZAGCARD is the official ID card for the Gonzaga University community. It has many uses on campus and must be with you at all times. For more information about the ZAGCARD and photo submission instructions visit: www.gonzaga.edu/zagcard.
Your ZAGCARD will be an essential tool for your time at Gonzaga. In addition to it’s primary purpose as your on-campus identification, (and proof to qualify for student discounts), your ZAGCARD can be used for.
Meal Swipes- To be used at either the COG or Cataldo, if you are a traditional first-year student, you will likely have a meal plan and eat frequently in these establishments. They can be unlimited or limited, and what’s leftover expires every semester.
Bulldog Bucks – A stored value account managed by the University and “The way ZAGS pay”. Available funds can be spent for a variety of reasons on campus and at off campus participating Bulldog Bucks locations. The account is a great budgeting tool, and because available funds are verified at the time of purchase, there will never be an overdraft fee. Bulldog Bucks do not expire and roll over from year to year.

Anyone can make a deposit, they just need to know your GUID number and visit www.gonzaga.edu/bulldogbucks.
Door Access – Your ZAGCARD is used to obtain access to residence halls and other secured areas across campus, where you are authorized to enter.
Freeze/Unfreeze – If your ZAGCARD is lost or missing protect your funds and the Gonzaga Community by FREEZING your card in Zagweb. If you find your card, before replacing it, you can unfreeze.
Manage Your ZAGCARD –Login to Zagweb, click on the Student tab at the top of the page, and then click on the ZAGCARD link. On this page you can:
- Freeze/Unfreeze your ZAGCARD
- Upload or update your photo
- View your Bulldog Bucks and meal plan balances
- View your Bulldog Bucks and Dining Dollars transaction history
- Make a deposit to Bulldog Bucks
Replacement Fee – Take care of your ZAGCARD. If it is lost or damaged, not due to normal wear, the replacement fee is $30.00.
Ticket Distribution – The athletics department requires you to present your ZAGCARD to reserve tickets and enter athletic events.
