There was a blonde white male driving and short dark haired white female in the passenger seat. The man claimed that they had driven up with a church group and had gotten separated from them. He also held up a phone saying that it had died. The student asked him where they were going and he said downtown. The student was uncomfortable with the situation and didn’t allow the man to borrow her phone. - Never loan your cell phone to a stranger. In case of an emergency, offer to make the call for them.
