It’s a funny name, so it might have stuck out to you: Zagtivities. But what is it and what does it do? That is what we are here to share!
Zagtivities is Gonzaga’s home base for all things Clubs and Organizations. You can explore all of the current clubs at GU to consider which one(s) to join, you can keep up on all of the events (hosted by clubs and GSBA-Gonzaga Student Body Association), and if you are already part of a club- you can use it to complete most of your club business (buying things, reserving rooms for events, etc.).
To log in, you simply use your Gonzaga username and password. There is no additional sign up or password to remember.
GU has all different kinds of clubs to join, all with varying levels of time commitment: recreational sport clubs, competitive sport clubs, cultural clubs, academic major clubs, political clubs, special interest clubs, and more! All clubs complete service projects throughout the year, so if you are looking to serve along side of peers interested in similar things to yourself, joining a club might be just the right fit!
If you’re more of an in-person kind of person, don’t miss the Fall Club Fair: Friday, September 7th down Bulldog Alley (The sidewalk that runs from Hemmingson to Crosby). Here, you can visit with club leaders and learn more about all of the opportunities to get involved.
Overloaded? Sometimes it’s hard to sift through all of the opportunities and find the right thing for you. If you need help navigating Zagtivities or your involvement, reach out to the Center for Student Involvement- they are great at helping! The Center for Student Involvement is located in Hemmingson 304 (drop by any time between 9-5) or call 509-313-6123.
