Gonzaga Leaders of the Future (G-LOF) is a six-session leadership development experience designed to help students grow their leadership potential. Through case studies, research, guest speakers and interactive discussions, participants will explore what it takes to lead effectively today while preparing for the opportunities and challenges of tomorrow.
This small-group experience will help students build confidence, strengthen practical leadership skills and develop a personal leadership philosophy. Sessions will be facilitated by Todd Ringwood, one of the School of Business Administration’s Visiting Executives in Residence.
