Women in Enterprise Executive Roundtable

September 1, 2026 · No Comments

The Women in Enterprise Executive Roundtable offers a unique opportunity for a small group of undergraduate students to engage in meaningful conversations with an accomplished business leader in a formal boardroom setting.

Led by Linda Underwood, Visiting Executive in Residence in the School of Business Administration and Senior Vice President and Community Banking Director at Banner Bank, the Roundtable is designed as a student-centered forum focused on leadership, career development, the financial services industry and the realities of today’s business environment.

Unlike a traditional lecture, the Roundtable is driven by student questions and discussion. Participants will have the opportunity to explore career paths, leadership challenges and professional growth while building relationships with peers and an experienced executive.

The Roundtable is designed to provide a supportive environment for learning, networking and mentoring. Students will gain insights from a senior business leader while building the confidence and professional skills needed for success after graduation.
