Mike has recently published an article titled Vatican II’s Language Marks Pivotal Shift. The article discusses in part “that the choice of communication style for handing on Catholic teaching is a significant, perhaps pivotal, pastoral decision” (p. 58). Mike goes on to discuss the discursive style of Pope Francis and the connections between communication style in general and various theoretical positions important to leadership studies.
