2013/14 Courage and Renewal Academy for Leaders
Starting October 2013 in Chaska, Minnesota
Leadership is not for the faint of heart. How do we develop the courage to lead with authenticity in a world of uncertainty, complexity and competing demands? What practices can help us create trustworthy relationships in communities and organizations? How do we access and strengthen our own resilience? How do we bring our whole selves to our work and life to experience the greatest joy?
Join a 25-person cohort, co-facilitated by Rick Jackson and Laura Kinkead, where we will explore these questions and the application of principles and practices that will deepen your ability to be an effective and authentic leader. This program is designed for leaders from diverse professions-including education, health care, business, public service, nonprofit, philanthropy, and religious life. It is for individuals who want to do personal, reflective, inner work that strengthens the capacity to lead and serve with integrity and courage.
The program is based on the principles and practices of the Courage and Renewal approach, first developed by Parker Palmer.
The Center for Courage and Renewal’s Academy for Leaders. This program begins October 24-27, 2013, in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Area. For more information, click here.
