Success On The Screen

Gonzaga University is seeing alumni as stars on screens both large and small.

Known to many as “Big Ed,” Eric Edelstein (’00) has come a long way since his days doing stand-up comedy, radio appearances and play-by-play for the Zags while he pursued his degree in broadcast studies. Read more about how he built his acting career after GU in an article published in the Spokesman Review.

Then, follow the journey of Bill Pohlad (’78), whose passion for film directed him from a business degree to such projects as “Brokeback Mountain” and “Love and Mercy” in a feature from the Spring 2016 edition of Gonzaga Magazine.

Finally, revisit the story of Jeff Rosick (’08), a Zag whose scholarships helped him follow his dream from GU to Hollywood.
