As a blog, we are committed to going beyond the gifts – and that means letting you know that a gift to Gonzaga is not just a transaction, but a point of change for the better.
Follow the trail: A gift is made to Gonzaga to support scholarships, students are admitted and receive scholarships that grant access to their education, studies begin, ideas are formed, students graduate, the graduates make a difference in their communities and our world. Endless possibilities are created from one act of generosity.
Real life example: Gonzaga University graduate (and current MBA student) Josh Neblett ’08 began GreenCupboards, an online company that recommends and certifies green products for consumers, after winning the Hogan Entrepreneurial Business Plan Competition in 2008. His vision began during his senior year as a finance major in the class “Creating New Ventures” taught by adjunt professor Tom Simpson. Now that is taking green to the next level.
