Thank You Parents: You Answered Our Call

Our team of Telefund student callers reached out and you were there.  Gonzaga parents gave more than $800,000 this semester in response to the University’s Parents and Family Campaign, most of which was through the Telefund!

Many of you gave to the Great Teachers Program, our unrestricted fund that supports all areas of campus, including student activities, programming and academic support. While a greater part of your generosity was given to our biggest need: scholarship support.

The Telefund students call in the evenings throughout the semester.  This team of 28 students seems to get more out of it than they receive.

“Through Telefund I have been shown the true generosity and love that resonates within our Zag family,” says Callie Patton, a sophomore student caller. “It’s a gift and a privilege to call our donors every night.”

With a successful semester under their belt, they are far from finishing their fundraising efforts.  This spring they will continue to call many more Gonzaga parents, alumni, and friends in effort to provide as much support as possible for our students.
