Did you know that …
- We had over 8500 student contacts last academic year.
- Over 50 students were sent to the Emergency Room from the Health Center.
- It is only $25 to see the doctor or nurse practitioner.
- A student can see the RN at no charge.
- The fees that are incurred at the Health Center can be submitted to insurance by the student or parent for reimbursement.
- A Health Ride is available to students who have no transportation to doctor and dentist appointments, etc. There is no charge for this, however it needs to be authorized by the Health Center, or by Security after the Health Center closes at 5 pm and during the weekend.
- We have given 1300 flu shots on campus this fall. There are less than 50 left for $5.
- We have sharps containers available at no charge. Students who are using sharps for a medical reason may dispose of them at the Health Center.
- We function as any medical clinic in the community. All medical care is confidential.
- We are here for GU students only.
- We are the best deal in town!
