With finals right around the corner, the November issue of Student Health 101 shared with students how stress affects the body and what they can do to turn it around. Tips and scenarios for living as a Green Dot were also included to encourage students to step in rather than stand by to promote safety. As well, students learned about busting nutrition myths, making sense of a food label, and how to eat healthy on a budget. For the month of December, students can look forward to tips on how to be happy and tips for dealing with problems related to sleep. Students can also prepare themselves for the New Year with information on fitness and how to hang in there when classes get tough.
