Now Open – Learning Studio

The Learning Studio is a new multidisciplinary space in Foley Library where students can access assistance outside of the classroom, including faculty office hours, small group tutoring, and free one-on-one tutoring with a Learning Assistant.  Learning Assistants are specially trained tutor-mentors who have been recommended by Gonzaga faculty, as well as trained in learning strategy peer mentoring skills.

The Learning Studio currently offers one-on-one sessions in the following areas:  Peer Academic Coaching (time management, motivation, notetaking, and more), and in certain courses in Accounting, Biology, Business, Chemistry, Education, French, History, Math (99-148), Philosophy, Physics, Psychology, Statics, and Sociology. Students can drop in between 3pm-8pm, Sunday – Thursday, or can make an appointment at www.mywco.com/learningstudio
