Message from Career & Professional Development
Hello Parents and Families,
One of the hallmarks of the Gonzaga University experience is the engagement and commitment of our stakeholders — students, alumni, parents and families, faculty, administrators, employers, and community leaders. Even when our graduates leave the Spokane area, they can usually find a Zag nearby who understands what it means to be a part of the Gonzaga global community.
We are fortunate to have many colleagues and friends who are committed to helping current students take the next steps into their professional futures. Our University Trustees and Regents are among our most dedicated and engaged career ambassadors. These leaders live and work in various cities and states across the nation, and serve in leadership capacities in corporate, start-up, not-for-profit, education and civic organizations. For more information about the Board of Trustees and the Board of Regents, please visit their website.
The Trustees and Regents will be on campus in a few weeks for their quarterly meeting and they would like to meet your Zag over dinner. If your Zag is interested in participating in this dinner program, please have him/her email Katie Galassi in the President’s Office at galassi@gonzaga.edu or call her direct line at 509.313.6130 to register. Katie will provide your Zag with specific details related to connecting with a Trustee or Regent for the dinner on September 28 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
If you encourage your daughter or son to register for this opportunity, please reassure them that this is a casual, informal event.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
All the best,
O. Ray Angle, Assistant Vice President
Career & Professional Development
