Health Center Fee

The Health Center provider fee will be increased  by $5 on June 1.  It will now cost $25 to see a provider in the Health  Center.    Also, please be mindful of meeting the MMR requirement for the University.  The immunization records should be sent or faxed to the Health Center as soon as possible so that we can put the information into our computer system.  Every student needs to show proof of having had 2 measles shots for rubeola, (not rubella).  If this information is not received, a hold may be placed on registration later on in your Freshman year.  Please send the immunization records to:  Gonzaga University Health Center, 502 East Boone, Spokane, WA  99258.  You may also fax them to 509-313-5516.  If you have any questions, please give us a call at 509-313-4066.
