Fall Family Weekend Reminder!

Parents,

If you are planning on attending Fall Family Weekend (October 21-23, 2011) and you have not yet registered, this is a quick reminder that you should register by Friday, October 7, to avoid paying that pesky late fee.  To register, go to www.gonzaga.edu/ffw and click on Online Registration on the left side of the page.

There have been tons of events added to the original FFW schedule (you will find a full schedule in your family folder); here are just a few that should prove exciting:

 

–          Jeff Dye, a terrific comedian from Seattle, will be performing in The Martin Centre Friday evening at 8:00 pm.  Tickets cost $10 and you can order them by clicking here or through TicketsWest.com (search for Jeff Dye).

 

–          The big excitement on Saturday afternoon will be Kraziness in the Kennel – your opportunity to be introduced to the men’s basketball team and watch them scrimmage.  Kraziness in the Kennel takes place in the McCarthey Athletic Center at 4:00 pm; doors will open at 3:00 – there is no charge for admission.

 

–           Saturday evening, head on over to the Globe Room for the Charity Auction put on by the Knights and Setons – great items and all for a good cause (more about this in your family folder).

 

–          Also on Saturday night, you won’t want to miss the Big Bing Theory, a fantastic student a cappella group, as they sing up a storm at 9:00 pm in the COG – no charge for this, but donations are greatly appreciated.  Come early…it’s always a packed house when BBT performs!
