We at Zag Dining strive to continuously be innovative while providing Quality Daily Life Solutions for our customers. This  fall, we took our Dining Program to the next level by starting a new sustainable bakery program.  After visiting The Shepherd’s Grain this summer, a sustainable farm located just 30 miles outside of Spokane, we decided it was the perfect product to use in our new bakery and pizza program.  Here is a video that highlights our bakers, the bakery program and The Shepherd’s Grain.
