It’s time to start thinking about the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The 2015-2016 FAFSA opens up on January 1st and can be filed for free at www.fafsa.gov. The Gonzaga funded scholarships and grants will be renewed if your student meets the Gonzaga Guarantee requirements; however, if your student would like to be considered for Federal or State Aid (including work study), you must submit the FAFSA. To receive the most aid possible, please submit the FAFSA prior to February 1st as it is our priority filing date.
When filing, remember:
- Filing is FREE!
- You can estimate your income! – Do NOT wait for your taxes.
- We’re here to help!
- January 1 – 2016-2017 FAFSA Form available at fafsa.ed.gov.
- February 1 – Priority FAFSA filing deadline.
